Wellness includes all things that nourish the body
Individual Health Coach
“The old adage says “Information is Power”, but, we believe that it is within the use of this information where the power lies.”
Health coaches help clients to develop targeted goals and a viable plan to carry out the regimens prescribed by their medical professionals as well as enacting basic, health-supportive modifications and habits.
Though the foundation for wellness is a good diet, it is not the only aspect. Wellness includes all things that nourish the body, including the unseen, to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The old adage says “Information is Power”, but, we believe that it is within the use of this information where the power lies. Poor diets are now more rampant than ever which has triggered major increases in obesity, diabetes, arthritis and other preventable diseases. The lack of success in changing these behaviours can be attributed to the possession without application of this information.
This is where the presence of a Health Coach is essential. Our coaches are trained to guide individuals through a transformation period and provide support which is more potent than the sparsely used available information.
Our coaches work as personal advocates to enable clients to live an energized and passionate life. We help clients to create a happy and healthy life in a flexible, fun, denial free and discipline filled manner. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you while making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
